buster olney doesnt know that much baseball. you've seen him finish last in fantasy every freakin year?
also he suggests going after carl crawford instead of bradley. crawford had a sweet 273/319/400 line last year
Crawford is over rated. I like him, but not as much as he is hyped. Those who talk like Buster only about him don't know baseball. I think the move is good in the long run. We'll see how he follows up though.
Crawford is a fantastic defender with great baserunning skills. His OBP has improved to the 350 range the last few years, but he's been injured recently.
He also has some power
Crawford is a very good defensive left fielder. How he would be in another position which he would have to be on the Cubs we don't know. He has been injury prone his whole career. He has that lingering calf injury every year it seems like.
