Stolen Goods: Updated Expected Strikeouts Based On Pitch Result

Last year, DRays Bay released a formula which predicts (and confirms) strikeout rates of pitchers (and I suppose it could also apply to hitters).

The relevant formula:

I'll update this post when I find a publicly available data source from which to obtain the necessary stats to input into the formula.
