How could you ever justify putting Gregory House as a higher seed than Homer Simpson. Just on the basis of cultural impact alone.

Yes, how DARE I ever justify a pick based on subjective biases of what constitutes "best TV character"
And considering this is a list of the greatest characters on TV RIGHT NOW, House, right now, is by far the better character carrying by far the better show.
