It has just come to my attention that the Bears currently only have 2 offensive lineman on their roster. I'm pretty sure that isnt enough to play with, so our offense will just consist of endless 5 yard illegal formation penalties until we have to punt. I guess this isnt too different from the bears normal offense. Apparently John Tait decided to retire, cant blame the guy cause playing left tackle will mess up your body. That should save the bears a bunch of cap room, but dont count on them signing anyone of value. John St. Claire signed with the Browns. I think this is actually a positive, as i've never seen a guard get beat any more than St. Clair has in his career.
I suppose this guarantees the bears draft some o-lineman early in the draft. With Chris Willaims and whoever they draft, the bears o-line will be extremely young, surrounding the extremely old Olen Krutz. Can't wait for football season! Yippee

I'm so fucking pissed at this Bears organization and at Jerry Angelo. This team is run so poorly and very badly. Everyone above Lovie Smith is to blame (and a little of Lovie too)
My dad brought this as a suggestion, but how awesome would it be if Jimmie Johnson ran the Bears. We'd be fucking awesome! Look what happened when Parcels started to run the Dolphins, they beat out the Pats (who went 11-5) to win the division!
Seriously, this organization BLOWS and this example of not picking up any O-lineman in free agency or anything is just another example and sign of how poor this team is run.

I'm on the Bears website right now. Even without Tait and St. Clair there O-Line will consist of: Chris Williams, Josh Beekman, Olin Kruetz, Roberto Garza, and hmmm
The RT position has John Tait and Fred Miller, and both are retiring/retired. Miller retired right?
Either way, there's still FOUR O-lineman not two, and you can easily get another lineman in the draft or free agency still
However, this doesn't excuse the fact that Angelo fucking sucks donkey balls and this organization sucks more cock than Paris Hilton with a video camera.
i heard it on comcast sportsnet. i think they didnt count the center krutz and beekman. still, thats not enough to field a full line. and they cant go with 5 guys, cause what if one gets hurt? arn't they gonna have mini camp in like 2 weeks? how are they gonna practice with 4 lineman?
