There's a handful of quotes in there that really don't belong, a lot of the in the "comedy" section like Napoleon Dynamite but overall a solid list. However AFIs is better

But I did like some newer movies, mainly the "I drink your milkshake line". God that was a great movie and scene

Some quotes that should have made it:

The Dark Knight "I'm not wearing hockey pads"

TDK "I'm very good with calculation"

TDK Anything by The Joker

Shawshank "Get busy living or get busy dying"

Stepbrothers "You wanted to be a dinosaur, that's not even a skill?"

40 Year Old Virgin "It must be nine dollar beer night"

For a better list look here at AFIs:

I think there are some poor choices on this list as well because AFI has an obvious boner for older movies and would put every line from Casablanca, Gone With The Wind, and every other movie prior to 1950 on this list if they could so they leave out some modern quotes. Plus great quotes like "Call it, friendo" from NCFOM; "I drink your milkshake" from TWBB; "Why so serious?" from TDK and "This is Sparta" from 300 that were just not around when AFI came out with their list.

But some obvious notables that were left off the post list

"Forget it Jake, it's Chinatown"
"The stuff dreams are made of"
"Plastics"
"I've got a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore"
"I'm ready for my close up"
"There's no place like home"
"Im walkin here!"
"Keep your friends close but your enemies closer"
"Gentlemen, you can't fight in here, this is the War Room"
"You ain't heard nothin yet"
"Where we're going, we don't need roads"
